You are responsible for ensuring that all content you submit to us for publishing or any other services is original and does not infringe on any copyright or other proprietary rights. Also, At Smith Publishing House, we believe that our clients should have complete ownership of the content we create for them. We transfer all rights and ownership to you upon the final delivery of your project
Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time services are requested. We require full payment in advance for all our services, and the client is responsible for financing any applicable taxes. We accept payment through various payment methods.
Smith Publishing House is committed to providing high-quality services. We have no capacity to accept refunds on completed orders because of the distinctive character of the services we give. But we're dedicated to making sure that our clients are happy. We provide a simple revision process at no additional cost in the event that adjustments are required to satisfy your particular requirements or quality standards. In the unlikely event that a completed service does not satisfy the specifications established at the moment of the order, we shall carry out a careful internal investigation. To make sure you are totally satisfied with the finished output, we will alter or rebuild the content.
At Smith Publishing House, we comprehend that changes may occasionally be required to make sure the finished result satisfies your particular requirements. At Smith Publishing House, we are dedicated to giving our clients the highest quality support. We are aware that there may be a few uncommon circumstances in which a refund is required, and we approach each one individually. While we only occasionally and under specific circumstances provide reimbursements, we do take exceptional justifications into account. These may involve circumstances where orders are not yet assigned or started when a refund request is made.
If a refund is approved, it could take anywhere between 5 and 15 days for the refunded amount to show up in your account. Please be aware that there will always be a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount. Our customer service team will confirm the refund request's approval and the money will be returned using the original payment method that was used to place the order. You are eligible for a refund on the following conditions:
• Reconsidering your service purchase: Before our writers and editors begin working on the project, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. After making your order, you have one hour to request a refund if (for any reason) you change your mind and wish to end your project with us. But once the project is progressed, due to the requirement to adequately pay our internal team, we reserve the right to only partially refund any refund requests made after the project has begun and the client has utilized at least one round of revisions.
• Inadequate delivery: Once the service is delivered, clients are only qualified to request a refund If the project criteria are not met (as requested/documented by the customer).
• Delayed services: if, for any reason, after at least three tries to reach us, we are unable to provide the requested service on time, your reimbursement will be granted once it has been determined through documentation evidence that the delay in delivery of was the result of our error.
We reserve the right to terminate any service or agreement at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, we will provide a prorated refund for services not yet completed.
We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
